For associations
Each team has its own space; all share the same app and the same privacy rules.
What it brings to several teams
Each team on its own
Schedule, players, attendance and chat belong to each team. Access rules are enforced by the database: one team sees nothing of another.
One account per person
A parent with children on two teams, or a coach who follows more than one team, signs in once and switches from one team to the other.
No invitations to send
A team is created with its manager’s email. The manager lists the parents’ and staff emails: they sign in with their email and a code. An email that isn’t on the lists receives nothing.
A shared bank
Rinks and associations (names, addresses, logos, colours) are entered once and serve every team, for example to import league and tournament schedules.
Less work for volunteers
Quick entry of several events, automatic reminders to those who haven’t answered, a one-tap nudge: fewer texts and emails for managers.
Game stats
Each team can track its games live and get the summary and season stats, with no other tool.
Children’s privacy
- The database is hosted in Canada.
- No ads, no trackers, no analytics, no data sold. No player data is sent to an artificial intelligence service.
- For a player: first name, last name (shown as an initial only) and jersey number. No date of birth, no photo, no address.
- A parent never sees other parents’ emails.
- Access rules are covered by automated tests.
Where Sur le banc stands
Sur le banc is in beta: today the app serves one minor hockey team in Quebec. Administration is done team by team; there is no association-wide view yet. Would you like to try it with a few teams, or talk it over? Write to us.
Let’s talk about your association
One email is enough: a team manager will answer.
